Dana's journey began with 16+ years of experience in competitive gymnastics. Following her collegiate career, she has coached hundreds of athletes of all ages and levels in gymnastics and high level tumbling. Turning her passion from gymnastics into All-Star cheer, she is USASF Certified in Level 1-5 in Stunts, Tosses and Tumbling. She is extremely blessed with with TOP NOTCH Class instructors and All-Star coaches. Her PRFXTN instructors instill CORRECT technique along with promoting a strong work ethic gym wide.
Brie obtained a Bachelors of Science in Education with an emphasis in Early Intervention from West Virginia University! Lets Go Mountaineers! In addition to Head Cheer Coach/Tumbling Instructor at Perfection, she is a Primary School Teacher at a private school. She teaches grades Kindergarten to 4th grade in all subjects. Prior to teaching at a private school, Brie spent 3 years teaching Pre-Kindergarten.
Cheer & Tumbling have been a major part of Brie's life for as long as she can remember! From tumbling classes & camps to cheer teams and competitive teams, Brie has seen it all! She transitioned from a cheerleader to a coach after she graduated High School. At Cheernastics, she coached tumbling classes and camps as well as developed and taught choreography!
Brie has been a member of the Perfection Staff since its opening in 2008! Brie started at Perfection as the head Tumbling Instructor, Assistant Cheer Coach, taught private lessons for all levels, supervised birthday parties and managed camps and other summer activities. In December of 2011, Brie was promoted to Head Cheer Coach of the Perfection All*Star Teams. Brie is now the All-Star Director of PRFXTN All-Stars and the head coach of Level 4/5! Brie continues to advance her knowledge in cheerleading by attending conferences with top-notch speakers in our industry! Brie is USASF certified in levels 1-5 in stunts, tumbling and tosses!
Leigh Marcischak joined the Perfection staff in January 2012. She teaches tumbling classes, private lessons, birthday parties, and is now the coach for Several of our teams!
Leigh's gymnastics experience began at Gym Dandy's where she was a competitive gymnast for many years. Thus, she understands the discipline and time commitment required to become a champion. Leigh cheered at Chartiers-Houston High School and was also a part of the Joyce Ellis Dancers. She attended Catawba College in Charlotte, NC where she was the captain of the cheerleading squad and received a cheerleading scholarship for four years. In our 2013 - 2014 season Leigh's Mini Level 1 team brought home a US FINALS CHAMPIONSHIP! In 2014-2015 her Mini Level 1 team brought home another US FINALS CHAMPIONSHIP! EARNING PRFXTN ITS FIRST BACK TO BACK CHAMPIONSHIP TITLES! Leigh continued her success in year 6 with her 3rd US Finals Championship team.
Leigh competed her undergraduate degree is in Elementary Education in 2007 and has been a 5th and 6th Grade teacher for five years. In 2011, she earned her Master's Degree at Waynesburg University in Instructional Technology.
Kyle has a Bachelors of Science in Recreational Therapy with an emphasis in small group activities from Slipper Rock University. Kyle works for CVS Pharmaceuticals as a Specialist in Knee Therapy, prior to CVS Kyle was a Educational Therapist with Wesley Spectrum Services, specializing in children with autism.
Kyle was a collegiate cheerleader at SRU, making their co-ed competition team 4 years, placing in the TOP 3 at UCA nationals three separate times, and was named Captain his senior year. He has been coaching in All Star for 15 years, and is excited to continue his growth at Perfection. Kyle has let 8 teams to the USASF World Cheerleading Championships, placing in the top ten. Kyle has won numerous national titles throughout his 15 years, and hopes to continue to strive to greatness. Kyle is certified in levels 1 through 5 stunt, and tumbling, and has been since the requirement from USASF. Kyle is a USASF certified judge, and has been judging all over the country and even internationally for the last 12 years. He has judged for JamBrands, Varsity, Elite, Independent companies and also judged multiple school and recreation team tryouts. He has also traveled to choreograph high school, college and all star teams across the east coast.
Kyle continues to learn and grow as a coach in cheerleading, keeping up with changes and making sure that he attends conferences and forums with the industries best.

Justine is very excited to be a member of the Perfection Coaching Staff this year! Cheerleading and Dance have been a part of her life since she was four years old, so she can’t wait to continue her involvement with them and enjoy it for as long as possible! She recently graduated from Missouri State University and received her Bachelors Degree in Elementary Education. Justine has been coaching since she was 16 years old, and has also been trained in Pointe, Jazz, and Contemporary dance styles. She has also choreographed and performed in several musical theater shows. Performing is a huge part of her life and being at Perfection allows her to share this joy with her hard-working students. She is so proud of all of the talented athletes she has been blessed to work with and can’t wait for all of the many competitions, practices, memories and WINS to enjoy with the PRFXTN teams! In Year 6 Justine's Junior Level 1 team won the US FINALS CHAMPIONSHIP!!
Christina began working for Perfection in August 2015. Cheer and Dance have been a big part of her life. She danced tap, jazz and ballet for eleven years, only to give it up for her love of cheerleading. Christina cheered for eight years becoming the Captain on her high school cheerleading team both her junior and senior years. She attended Concord University and earned a bachelors degree in Graphic Design. After getting married and having children, she thought her cheerleading days were over, until her 4 year old daughter saw the WVU cheerleaders at a football game and decided that she wanted to cheer one day. Christina began coaching Rec League Cheer in Morgantown, WV. She quickly became the Cheer Coordinator for the Athletic Association. Christina and her family moved to Peters Township in July of 2015 and began her journey with PRFXTN. She us USASF certified in Level 1 for stunts and tumbling. She teaches several tumbling and cheer classes and she continues to coach Rec Cheer and Serve on the Cheer Board in her community. Christina is all about working with the athletes to achieve their goals and cheering them on with positive reinforcement.
